      <image:title>Signs for Peace - An impossible book</image:title>
<image:caption>The project's research continues the reflexive force that can be inherent in the images, while taking into account that peacefulness is neither achieved in the absence of discord, nor is it fulfilled in the absence of violence and war - perhaps they themselves are only symptoms of peaceless politic and practice of life. This book represents a significant contribution to future discussions on the need and desire for peace in political and social life. As well as giving an overview of the iconography of peace, the book boldly looks to help assist in gaining an understanding of the subject. 600 pages, 1762 illustrations.</image:caption>

      <image:title>People-First Tourism - Choosing a pathway</image:title>
<image:caption>Through the website users can learn about and book experiences with locals, ranging from cooking lessons with Costa Rican indigenous people to soap-making sessions in the NC Blue Ridge Mountains. Currently, to book an experience with one of the locals online, users search by destination to find the company’s list of offerings. A user can then read about what each experience entails and add their selections to an electronic shopping cart. (Experience has shown that this purchasing conversion workflow has proven to be a problem with customers and is changing in version 2.0 – see below). Each booking sends a text message to the local host, who responds to finalize the details. Payment is made online, and the money goes directly to the micro-entrepreneur.</image:caption>

      <image:title>People-First Tourism - Think global – act local</image:title>
<image:caption>Maintaining momentum for social change needs strong advocates and big ideas. The researchers stepped out of their comfort zone to create something they deeply believe in, keeping the integrity of the social mission and impact at the center of the work. Building a social enterprise is challenging — you’re driving up revenue and at the same time keeping track of a vision that improves the way the world works. The project is very much an interdisciplinary effort. In addition to Tim Wallace, an anthropologist, the other co-founders are Duarte Morais and Gene Brothers, professors of equitable and sustainable tourism at NC State, and computer science engineer John Bass.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Through the website, www.zylter.com, users learn how to leverage the rapid growth of unmanned systems and emerging technologies in their business through the Unmanned Aerial Systems Ranking Web Application. With Zylter's web application users can build custom use cases to determine the best UAV alternatives for their specific prioritized requirements or select from the predefined industry sector applications (such as Agriculture, Engineering, Cargo Transport, Entertainment, Public Safety, and Communications). The web application brings together robust UAV data, user requirements, and a proprietary algorithm to systematically assess and rank UAVs for each unique use case.</image:caption>

      <image:title>NExS - The Workflow</image:title>
<image:caption>Through the website users are enticed to the benefits of converting spreadsheets to web applications and are encouraged to give NExS a try every step of the way. We designed and developed the website presenting the NExS story to drive leads and visitors to the application. NExS's powerful offerings are featured, and its compelling ease of use has been thoughtfully highlighted throughout the design. As a part of the GTM campaign a short video was created to help drive conversions.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Buy Side Portal - SMS</image:title>
<image:caption>Through the website, www.peoplefirsttourism.com, users can learn about and book experiences with locals, ranging from cooking lessons with Costa Rican indigenous people to soap-making sessions in the NC Blue Ridge Mountains. Currently, to book an experience with one of the locals online, P1t users search by destination to find the company’s list of offerings.
